That's the beauty of living in south east England, it's not really hot, it's not really cold. it's just either sunny or raining. Snow is rare.

Lived in Cov for a couple years, only escape from the grey was to head south. We'd normally head out to Cornwall, but anywhere south was the objective.

You see I like cornwall but because there isn't any motorways it takes an age to get through. I'm just outside Brighton, and sussex is statistically the sunniest county (by daylight hours) in the UK, plus easy to get to if you don't live here.
